Refund and cancellation
These rules apply to paid classroom programmes, workshops, and private mentoring booked with File Forest Path Institute. This site does not process payments; refunds follow the method used for your confirmed invoice.
Eligibility window
You may request a full refund of tuition paid if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the scheduled start of a classroom programme or workshop, and no seat has been reassigned under a non-refundable promotional hold (we will state that clearly in the enrolment reply if it applies).
Partial refunds
Cancellations received between 13 and 7 days before the start date may receive a 50% refund of tuition paid, minus any non-refundable deposit disclosed at booking. Cancellations inside 7 days are not eligible for a tuition refund unless we cancel the session.
Deposits
A deposit may be required to reserve a seat. Deposits are refundable under the same timelines as tuition unless the enrolment confirmation marks the deposit as non-refundable (for example, materials ordered in advance).
Non-refundable items
- Printed workbooks or chart packs already produced for your seat after the materials cut-off date stated in your confirmation.
- Third-party venue fees when a private group booking required an outside room (itemised on the invoice).
- Completed private mentoring sessions and any portion of a multi-session package already delivered.
Our cancellations
If we cancel a programme, you may choose a full refund of amounts paid for the cancelled dates or a transfer to a later date at no extra tuition. We are not responsible for personal travel costs.
Rescheduling
You may request one complimentary reschedule to another published date of the same programme if notice arrives at least 7 days before start and space exists. Further reschedules may incur an administrative fee disclosed before confirmation.
No-shows
Failure to attend without written notice is treated as a late cancellation. Tuition for that seat is forfeited; materials already prepared remain yours if collected within 30 days.
Work already started
For private mentoring packages, refunds cover only undelivered sessions. Sessions already held are charged in full. For multi-day workshops, once day one has begun, remaining days are non-refundable if you withdraw voluntarily.
How to request a refund
Email enrol@file-forestpath.click or write to 18/4 Moo 10 Patanakarn Road Bangwah, Bangkok, Bangkok, 10160, Thailand with your full name, programme name, payment date, and reason. We confirm receipt within 5 business days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days using the original payment method where possible (bank transfer refunds for bank payments, etc.). Currency conversion differences on international cards are outside our control.
Exceptions
Documented medical emergencies or government-imposed travel restrictions may allow goodwill transfers or partial refunds outside the timelines above, assessed case by case. This policy does not cover products, shipping, or digital marketplaces we do not operate.
